Responsibilities

Provide financial and analytical support to the Advertising business
Maintain financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and contribution profit
Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis, identifying key performance drivers
Track, analyze, and report functional costs and their impact on the company’s overall performance
Work closely with the Ads Commercial team to analyze deal opportunities and their financial impacts, including tradeoffs of internal resources and inventory allocation
Collaborate across Ad Sales, Legal, and other functions
Drive forecasting and budgeting processes
Support the Ads team with strategic decisions by translating team strategy, resource allocation, and deal pipeline into financial impact
Stay close to day-to-day business operations to ensure meeting annual targets and KPIs
Partner with senior leadership on the Ads team and cross-functionally to guide decision-making
