  • Ability to set strategic direction, foster high-performance culture, and implement long-term strategy, vision, and mission
  • Expertise in lean-driven Operational Excellence to drive productivity, value creation, and performance
  • Knowledge of managing local legal entities and relationships with regulatory authorities
  • Capability to develop and execute annual business plans using standardized procedures, processes, technologies, and equipment
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders such as Operating Units, Local Technical Functions, and Bottlers, with a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience ensuring continuous supply, optimal cost, high quality, and service levels
  • Ability to represent the plant in global General Manager community for alignment and standardization
  • Inspirational leadership skills to lead direct reports and enhance associate engagement

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role as a leader of the Local Leadership Team, setting the strategic direction for the Plant and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction across all Plant Management functions, enhancing flexibility and productivity aligned with TCCC's portfolio
  • Ensure lean-driven Operational Excellence as the cornerstone for productivity, value creation, and performance
  • Instil a culture of anticipation, prevention, and business management to deliver exceptional results
  • Serve as the site leader, managing the local legal entity and relationships with local regulatory authorities
  • Set the Plant’s annual business plan, implement key programs, and maintain compliance with KO Standards and local regulations
  • Foster collaboration with key stakeholders (Operating Units, Local Technical Functions, Bottlers) to ensure continuous supply at optimal cost, quality, and service
  • Represent the Pakistan CPS Plant in the CPS EMEA Leadership Team and global General Manager community, driving strategic initiatives
  • Lead and manage direct reports while offering inspirational leadership to the workforce, ensuring resource availability and business plan execution
