A passion for sales enablement and AI, with a customer and seller focus, is essential. Proven experience in sales enablement, pre-sales, or SaaS sales content creation is required, along with familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, and sales platforms such as CRM, Outreach, and SalesScreen. Expertise in objection handling, including designing frameworks and playbooks, and a solid understanding of SaaS sales cycles with emphasis on consultative selling, renewals, and cross-sell/upsell motions are necessary. A problem-solving attitude, analytical approach, and a positive, organized, growth-oriented mindset are also key requirements.
The Gen AI GTM Specialist will drive AI-powered sales workflows by building and maintaining a library of GPTs and prompt packs for various sales stages and motions, ensuring they are simple, scalable, and embedded into sellers' daily tools. They will map AI-driven content to each sales stage, providing sellers with contextual messaging, case studies, and CTAs tailored to customer personas and industries. The role involves developing AI-assisted objection handling frameworks and standardizing guidelines into reusable playbooks, as well as helping sellers craft personalized, customer-ready communications through AI workflows and training specialists and managers on prompt customization. Continuous improvement will be achieved by tracking adoption, usage, and impact of AI-enabled workflows, A/B testing prompts, and refining GPTs based on seller feedback. Collaboration with marketing to convert campaign assets into AI-driven sales content and with product and data teams to align AI workflows with new launches and GTM plays is also a key responsibility.
