Ability to drive GTM efforts and close deals in complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise tech businesses (~300-8,000 employees)
Securing mid-five and low-six figure deals
Building and managing sales pipeline
Partnering on GTM strategy, expanding ideal customer profile, and finding success in other sectors/geographies
Creating sales processes, experimenting with messaging and outbound strategies
Expertise in explaining and pitching the product
Ability to provide frontline feedback to product, engineering, and customer success teams
Willingness to spend first 5 months onboarding in London, UK (flights and accommodation arranged)
Top performer background, ideally from high-growth environments

Responsibilities

Serve as the first US enterprise quota-carrier, reporting to CCO
Drive US revenue growth, scaling to $millions in ARR
Navigate complex sales cycles with leading mid-market and enterprise tech companies
Build and manage sales pipeline, close deals
Partner with CEO on GTM strategy
Help create sales processes and experiment with messaging/outbound strategies
Become the top expert at product explanation and pitching
Build close relationships across product, engineering, and customer success to provide feedback and steer roadmap
Work broadly across the business, assisting with marketing, events, community, onboarding
