The role is based in the les Champs Elysée HOI 002 PARIS store.
Key responsibilities include collaborating on organization design and talent management, working with talent acquisition for diverse hiring, assessing training needs, delivering employee engagement surveys, advancing DE&I initiatives, and championing leadership development.
This is a full-time position.
Strong candidates will have expertise in talent management, organizational design, employee engagement, DE&I initiatives, and retail fundamentals from a people perspective, with the ability to partner with store leadership and use data to drive people strategy.
