Requirements

Experience in maintaining and managing finance business applications (Business Solutions Design, Delivery & Support)
General system administration experience with ERP systems and related processes (ERP System Administration)
Proficiency in using ticketing systems like Freshservice and JIRA to prioritize and resolve issues (Ticketing Systems)
Ability to work effectively with various IT and Finance teams (Cross-Functional Collaboration)
A combination of technical and functional (techno-functional) knowledge (Technical & Functional Knowledge)
Experience with user access provisioning and data accuracy (Access Provisioning)
Ability to investigate system configurations and integrations to resolve technical issues (Problem Solving)
Initiative to identify opportunities for automation and reduce manual ticket resolution (Automation Focus)
Experience with analyzing metrics and governing around Service Level Agreements (SLAs) (Metrics & SLA Management)

Responsibilities

Provide front-line support for all finance tickets and operational issues for multiple systems (NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve system production support issues
Perform system configuration, scripting, bug fixes, testing, and implementation
Document detailed processes and procedures
Work hands-on to solve technical/systems issues by investigating system configurations and integrations
Proactively gather information, investigate gaps/issues, identify potential solutions, and present to both Business and IT stakeholders
Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for automation
Engage in other areas of Finance as needed
