Requirements

Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience in the Higher Education Industry and working with the Ellucian Colleague module, including implementing the Colleague Finance module. Strong knowledge of higher education financial operations, regulations, general accounting, budgeting, and purchasing is required, along with experience developing financial reports and in a consulting capacity to enhance business processes. The ability to troubleshoot functional issues, communicate user requirements, travel, and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and CPA certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Colleague Consultant - Finance will provide ERP implementation support, including training, functional consulting, and technical support for the Ellucian Colleague Finance module. Responsibilities include analyzing and improving financial business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, and proposing continuous improvements for module utilization. The role also involves coordinating project delivery, assisting with software updates and upgrades, troubleshooting functional and technical issues, supporting data integrity, and providing end-user training and documentation.
