Requirements

Candidates should possess proven hands-on experience in cybersecurity products, excellent communication, and presentation skills, along with previous experience in Pre-Sales, Support, or Professional Services at a Vendor, Channel, Customer, or Distribution role. A self-starter with a passion for technology and the ability to enable teams and connect with people to solve requirements is desired.

Responsibilities

The Field Solutions Engineer will proactively lead technical discovery conversations to qualify and validate customer requirements and use cases, building out a bill of materials to meet customer needs and align with desired outcomes. They will conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to audiences ranging from 1 to 100 people, keeping partners and customers informed of new solutions and industry trends. The role involves building trusted relationships with channel partners, holding recurring meetings, maintaining a personal lab for demos, supporting remote partner product trials, leading proof of concepts, participating in beta testing, supporting technical marketing initiatives, and teaming with support to preserve partner and customer relationships.
