The Field Client Consultant is responsible for driving client engagement and growth within their assigned book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and escalating issues as needed. Key duties include building strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful delivery of software solutions, conducting training, and effectively communicating product knowledge. The role involves forecasting and tracking key account metrics, identifying and growing opportunities within the territory, collaborating with sales teams, assisting with high-severity client requests, accurately tracking and submitting expenses, maintaining client visit schedules according to SLAs, and meeting or exceeding client retention, additional product sales, product usage, and client satisfaction goals.
