Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Measurement Technology, Mechatronics) or a comparable technical education.
  • Experience in commissioning, assembly, and maintenance of machines and systems, ideally in medical technology.
  • Quick understanding and high communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and secure demeanor.
  • Independent work, teamwork, initiative, and flexibility.
  • Basic knowledge of computer skills.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.
  • Driver's license class B (Class 3).

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently perform customer service orders (maintenance, repairs, and recall campaigns) while adhering to our quality standards.
  • Cost- and time-optimized execution of customer service orders (maintenance, repairs, and recall campaigns).
  • Provide technical support to sales representatives, including on-site support for customers in the field.
  • Order and manage replacement parts and consumables, monitor material returns.
  • Fault analysis and troubleshooting at the customer’s location.
  • Adherence to scheduled inspection intervals.
  • Compliance with agreed-upon customer service deadlines.
  • Pre- and post-service deployment preparation.
  • Consultation of customers regarding fault reports and operator problems.
  • Initiation of escalation processes in case of frequent malfunctions.
  • Documentation and processing of complaints, interface with logistics, administration, training/support and service management.
  • Compliance with quality processes (internal and external).
  • Participation in improvement projects.
