Requirements

Candidates should possess a certification, an Associate's degree, or a Bachelor's degree in HVAC, electronics, or engineering, which is advantageous. Responsibilities

The Field Service Engineer will provide sophisticated services on laboratory equipment, including repair, installation, and maintenance of products such as temperature monitoring devices, incubators, centrifuges, refrigerators, freezers, and cryogenic storage units. They will handle various aspects of field service support and customer relationships, including scheduling visits, addressing customer concerns, providing reassurance, and resolving problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves completing learning assignments on time, reading and understanding procedures, submitting expense reports, and maintaining spare part inventory, while adhering to GMP Safety Standards and utilizing appropriate PPE.
