The Field Marketing Manager must have experience in the data management industry, including AI, Cyber Security, Compliance, and Governance. They should possess knowledge of the full marketing mix, including ABM, events, digital, social, omni-channel campaigns, and channel/alliances marketing. Experience working with C-level executives and technical personas is required, as is experience in a sales-focused tech corporation. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of building trust with sales and channel partners, and have a proven track record of measurement and ROI. The ability to influence regional stakeholders and negotiate effectively within a global matrixed organization is critical.
The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for scaling the Cohesity brand and driving pipeline in net new and existing accounts within the Emerging and LATAM regions. This includes developing and executing a marketing strategy and plan to drive awareness, engagement, and demand across various account segments, focusing on customer retention, expansion, and acquisition. They will optimize budget allocation for marketing activities, design and implement pipeline generation and acceleration programs in collaboration with sales and channel teams, and plan, manage, and execute high-impact physical and virtual events. The role also involves developing and implementing target account strategies to support account-based selling.
