Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support centered on assigned facilities
  • Conduct training on company product usage for Medical Engineers and dealers
  • Act as the technical interface between medical facilities and sales offices in the assigned area
  • Respond to inquiries in the assigned area and provide technical support
  • Provide backup support to sales in the following: support for difficult cases in district facilities, providing sales-lead information to sales, training seminars in the assigned area, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, in-hospital training on new products for doctors, nurses, medical equipment technicians, and sales staff
  • Support provision of technical and clinical information on products and cases in response to customer inquiries
  • Support the training/education department in creating educational seminars and materials
  • Visit doctors and related parties to perform product demos and support sales
  • Develop knowledge in specialized fields, regulatory requirements, market, company and competitor products, industry trends, and company goals
  • Respond to customer complaints and product claims sincerely, promptly, and accurately
  • Comply with company code of conduct, fair competition codes, quality policies, environmental management systems, and other pharmaceutical laws and company policies
  • Execute other special assignments as directed
