Requirements

Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, with proven success in the federal space, particularly defense and national security. A quantifiable record of generating new business through partnerships, understanding of complex federal sales and procurement processes (GSA, SEWP), and experience building relationships with FSIs and VARs are essential. Knowledge of federal IT infrastructure and modernization challenges is also required. A strong work ethic, a player/coach mentality, curiosity about technology, initiative, and a desire to add value are important. Experience with Developer Tooling, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure software providers, and a track record with growth stage startups are considered bonuses.

Responsibilities

The Federal Partner Sales Manager will identify, engage, and onboard high-potential partners, including federal system integrators, distributors, and VARs. They will develop and execute business plans and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue through these partners. Responsibilities include cultivating and managing relationships across key partner functional areas, leading QBRs, joint marketing engagements, and sales trainings, and acting as a liaison between Coder federal sales and partner sales/delivery teams to win new customers and expand opportunities.
