Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in partner management or strategic partnerships, ideally quota-carrying, in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on new business. A consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and business objectives is required, along with experience in building, developing, and growing strategic partnerships and relevant programs. Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external senior leadership, including the C-suite, is necessary. Construction knowledge or AWS-specific partnership experience is strongly preferred but not required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is also needed.

Responsibilities

The AWS Partner Manager will act as the point person supporting joint AWS + Procore go-to-market efforts in Public Sector to accelerate product distribution and drive platform growth. Responsibilities include formulating and executing pipeline generation strategies through AWS, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Partner leadership to identify growth areas, and developing and executing go-to-market plans with AWS. This role involves managing and nurturing the AWS Public Sector relationship, driving sales trainings, providing regular updates to stakeholders on partner plans and performance, and identifying opportunities for co-innovation, co-marketing, and co-selling with AWS.
