Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and have at least six years of program management experience specifically within the aerospace and defense industries. They should demonstrate success leading complex, cross-functional programs, along with strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), risk management, and program planning, and experience with gated design reviews (PDR, CDR). U.S. citizenship is also required.

Responsibilities

The Aerospace & Defense Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams to achieve program performance targets, including schedule, cost, and technical objectives, while driving customer engagement and building strong partnerships. They will develop and execute program plans, schedules, and budgets, serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and internal teams, conduct program reviews, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions, as well as support strategic planning and proposal development for new business opportunities.
