Federal Healthcare Sales Executive

Candidates must have over 7 years of experience selling to Federal Systems Integrators (FSIs) and a proven track record in federal sales, proposing enterprise solutions to all customer organization levels. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required, along with demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity enhancement. Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is necessary, as is experience collaborating with customers and technology partners. Candidates should be comfortable working with multiple decision-makers, possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated and able to work remotely, and have shown experience negotiating, proposing, and closing contracts. The ability to travel as needed is also required.
The Federal Account Executive will develop and manage a sales pipeline for strategic transactions within the federal sector, generating revenue by selling the Cohesity solution and collaborating with Federal Systems Integrators. Responsibilities include penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, and closing business, as well as defining and implementing sales plans to meet and exceed quota through prospecting and qualifying opportunities. The role involves developing and presenting proposals to customers, showcasing the Cohesity solution's value in meeting business objectives, and driving account strategies and team selling efforts with partners to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
