The pay range is $126,000.00 - $157,500.00, based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment. This represents the OTE for this commission-based sales role, with potential eligibility for bonus, commission, and equity grants.
The role supports working remotely and autonomously, but requires the ability to travel as needed.
Candidates need 7+ years selling to Federal Systems Integrators (FSIs), proven success in federal sales of enterprise solutions, proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM and Microsoft Office (mainly Excel), outstanding communication skills, and experience leveraging AI tools.
