Position Overview

Experience Partners are crucial to our customer-facing success. They are CX practitioners and delivery experts across Granicus's portfolio of services, technology, and data solutions. Responsibilities include developing and articulating comprehensive experience proposals and acting as a primary point of contact for owned programs.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales and Project Lifecycle

  • Pre-sales alignment and experience definition.
  • Project kickoff facilitation.
  • Bringing industry expertise and perspective to customer engagements.
  • Driving better outcomes through extensive experience, services, data, and technical expertise.
  • Ensuring deep understanding of Granicus solutions.
  • Aligning Granicus offerings with customer objectives.
  • Conducting regular customer check-ins.
  • Ensuring project operational compliance.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Building and maintaining executive-level customer relationships.
  • Owning a book of business, comprising programs across an assigned set of customers.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for owned programs.
  • Protecting existing program revenues and preventing/mitigating program and customer churn.
  • Growing revenues through direct upsells within owned programs and generating cross-selling leads.
  • Developing, growing, and managing strategic customer relationships.
  • Creating and delivering effective presentations and proposals to address specific customer or prospect needs.
  • Working with customers to identify and align programs with agency or mission objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in customer-facing environments.
  • Expertise as a CX practitioner and delivery expert across Granicus's service, technology, and data solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop and articulate comprehensive experience proposals.
  • Experience as a human-centered design practitioner, data-driven analyst, digital content creator, technology strategist, program manager, business development manager, and/or customer relationship manager.
