Candidates should have strong experience in customer-facing environments and be CX practitioners and delivery experts across Granicus services, technology, and data solutions. Ideal candidates have experience as a human-centered design practitioner, data-driven analyst, digital content creator, technology strategist, program manager, business development manager, account manager, and/or customer relationship manager. A deep understanding of Granicus solutions is also required.
Experience Partners are responsible for developing and articulating comprehensive experience proposals, maintaining executive relationships with customers, and acting as the main contact for owned programs. They ensure tight alignment, offer proactive and prescriptive advice, and drive outstanding customer success. Responsibilities include pre-sales alignment, experience definition, project kickoff, bringing industry expertise, driving better outcomes through experience, services, data, and technical expertise, aligning to customer objectives, conducting regular customer check-ins, ensuring project operational compliance, building executive relationships, owning their book of business, protecting existing program revenues, preventing/mitigating churn, growing revenues through upsells and cross-selling leads, developing strategic customer relationships, and creating/delivering effective presentations and proposals.
