Responsibilities

The Executive Business Administrator will support the Senior Director of Product Management and other VPs, managing complex calendars across time zones and proactively making recommendations for time management and prioritization. Responsibilities include coordinating domestic and international travel, planning team events, assisting with the full recruiting lifecycle, submitting expense reports, providing coverage for other EBAs, and leading special projects. The role also involves contributing to the EBA community and performing ad hoc administrative tasks.
