Requirements

4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software
At least two years of experience in the utility industry
Experience working in or closely with electric utilities
Understanding of how outages impact operations, customers, and regulators
Familiarity with outage management systems (OMS), field operations, or grid reliability processes
Systems thinker with the ability to connect customer experience, data, and operational workflows
Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic environment
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and track key success metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfort engaging with clients during sales, discovery, and delivery
Passion for customer experience, with a strong focus on usability, efficiency, and empathy

Responsibilities

Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for outage management across the Kraken platform
Partner with utilities, client delivery, and internal product teams to identify key needs and prioritize impactful solutions
Translate insights from real-world outage operations into clear product outcomes and measurable success metrics
Collaborate with Global Product teams to design, build, and refine tools that improve outage visibility, communication, and restoration coordination
Continuously learn from live events to improve product performance and customer experience
