Responsibilities

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for outage management across the Kraken platform
  • Partner with utilities, client delivery, and internal product teams to identify key needs and prioritize impactful solutions
  • Translate insights from real-world outage operations into clear product outcomes and measurable success metrics
  • Collaborate with Global Product teams to design, build, and refine tools that improve outage visibility, communication, and restoration coordination
  • Continuously learn from live events to improve product performance and customer experience
  • Collaborate across data, operations, customer, and platform teams to design and deliver outcomes needed during blue-sky and storm conditions
  • Work closely across teams to prioritize and deliver capabilities that make Kraken the platform utilities rely on during outage events
