Requirements

The ideal candidate must be a master of logistics with an exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, plan international events, and communicate fluidly and effectively with executive-level constituents. Occasional attendance at meetings as early as 7:00 AM Central Time is required.

Responsibilities

This role involves providing seamless, high-level support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the Americas President, managing complex calendars across multiple global time zones, and coordinating meetings and customer engagements. Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end planning and management of high-impact meetings and events, coordinating complex domestic and international travel, and providing onsite administrative support during travel. Additionally, the role includes full ownership of Houston office administration, ensuring a productive environment by managing office needs such as supplies, snacks, drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common spaces.
