Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or automation-focused company. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is essential, along with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and a high level of discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in digital workplace and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack is required. The ability to interpret financial reports, sales metrics, and operational dashboards is a plus. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. and cannot be sponsored for an employment visa.

Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and take meeting notes with follow-ups on action items. They will handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, plan and orchestrate work to ensure executive priorities are met, and prepare expense reports. The role involves serving as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, drafting and proofreading executive communications, and ensuring timely dissemination of information. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will coordinate complex domestic and international travel and provide on-site support for events such as off-sites, board meetings, and client events.
