Senior Executive Assistant

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 8-10 years supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in fintech or technology. Travel for offsites is required 1-2 times per month, and availability outside standard business hours is necessary. Local candidates to Fort Lauderdale/Miami are highly preferred. Proven experience managing complex calendars, taking detailed meeting notes, and demonstrating exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail are essential. Strong project coordination abilities, outstanding written and verbal communication, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft G-Suite and project management software are required. The ability to quickly learn new technologies and handle confidential information with discretion, along with strong analytical and critical thinking skills, is also necessary.
