Responsibilities

The Billing Analyst will execute end-to-end billing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions. This includes monitoring and updating client orders and accounts, collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve business issues, and preparing ad hoc reports for clients, management, and auditors. Responsibilities also involve data analysis, reconciliations, revenue and month-end SOX reporting, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires analyzing workflows, developing solutions for inefficiencies and control issues, identifying risks, and actively participating in problem-solving. Flexibility in working hours, including potential extra hours during billing close cycles and for ad hoc projects, is a must.
