Requirements

Responsibilities

The Director, Programmatic will lead the strategic vision for programmatic accounts, serve as the primary senior client contact, and manage/mentor programmatic teams. They will establish performance expectations, foster a collaborative culture, set quality standards, drive operational consistency, support resource planning, and oversee performance pacing and insights. This role also involves leading reporting strategy, collaborating with cross-functional leaders, and contributing to the evolution of the programmatic practice through training and process improvement.
