Required experience includes hands-on use of DSPs like Beeswax and Ad Servers like SpringServe, a strong understanding of CTV ad delivery, SSAI, and programmatic ecosystems, proficiency with pixel tracking, ad server integration, and viewer attribution techniques, demonstrable fluency with SQL, and the ability to analyze data and present findings. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are also necessary.
The Ad Tech Specialist will manage and optimize CTV performance marketing campaigns using programmatic platforms and proprietary tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams on audience segmentation, predictive modeling, and bidding strategies. Key responsibilities include tracking campaign KPIs such as CPV, ROAS, take rate, conversion rate, reach, and HOV, troubleshooting delivery issues with ad servers, analyzing ad logs for accuracy and optimization, and informing product development with campaign performance insights. The role also involves serving as a subject matter expert for ad tech infrastructure, tracking, and attribution.
