Responsibilities

  • Soporte en las actividades y objetivos del área de Entrenamiento a ventas, llevando a cabo proyectos e iniciativas de mejora continua dentro del área, así como el apoyo en logística de eventos de capacitación o entrenamiento
  • Desarrollo, soporte y/o mantenimiento al contenido digital de materiales de entrenamiento para ventas y marketing
  • Participación en reuniones clave para generar ideas e innovación que impactan los resultados de ventas a través de la experiencia de aprendizaje a la fuerza de ventas relacionadas con desarrollo de conocimientos, habilidades frente al cliente y herramientas
  • Soporte en la Administración y/o documentación de los sitios (SharePoints) y/o plataformas de aprendizaje utilizados por el área de entrenamiento a ventas y marketing
  • Soporte para documentación de procesos de entrenamiento (logística, asistencia de participantes, asignación de cursos de acuerdo a perfil de fuerzas de ventas)
  • Organización, logística y administración de contenidos/materiales y eventos de capacitación para posiciones de ventas y marketing, dando soporte a México y algunos países de Latam
  • Liderar y colaborar en proyectos de innovación y mejora para procesos core de entrenamiento a ventas y marketing
