Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in ERP administration or related technical role
  • Demonstrated understanding of core ERP concepts and functionality (e.g., modules, configuration, data flow, business process integration)
  • Demonstrated ability to understand core business processes such as: Manufacture to Deliver, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, and Record to Report
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical or data-related issues methodically
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with data and system configurations
  • Excellent communication skills for handling support tickets and collaborating with users
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes quickly, specifically Dynamics 365 F&SC
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct hands-on experience supporting or administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SC
  • Prior experience in a support or administration role for another major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Experience with SQL, particularly for querying and analyzing data
  • Familiarity with other programming or scripting languages
  • Understanding of X++ for Report Authoring
  • Understanding of FastPath for managing Security and Compliance within the ERP to meet segregation of duties requirements

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the health and performance of the Dynamics 365 F&SC system and related integrations daily
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported issues and support tickets, particularly those related to data processing and integrity within D365
  • Perform routine and scheduled data import/export tasks, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Configure and modify D365 settings, parameters, and workflows based on evolving business needs and approved change requests
  • Collaborate with business users to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes, patches, or upgrades
  • Assist in maintaining D365 security configurations, including user roles and permissions, under the guidance of the ERP Architect
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps
