Requirements

  • University graduate or equivalent general education and social experience providing common sense
  • Desirable: Expertise in biology, life sciences, or technical fields
  • Desirable: Experience in electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to assigned facilities (Senior FCE handles facilities requiring higher quality support)
  • Conduct training on company products for Medical Engineers or dealers
  • Act as the technical interface between medical facilities in the assigned area and the sales office
  • Respond to inquiries in the assigned area with technical support
  • Provide backup support to sales, including: support for difficult cases in district facilities, providing sales-leading information to sales, conducting training seminars in the area, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and in-hospital training on new products for doctors, nurses, medical technicians, and sales staff
  • Support provision of technical and clinical information on products or cases in response to customer inquiries
  • Assist the training/education department in creating education seminars or materials
  • Visit doctors and related parties to perform product demonstrations and support sales
  • Develop knowledge in specialty fields, regulatory requirements, market, company/competitor products, industry trends, and company goals
  • Handle customer complaints or product claims sincerely, promptly, and accurately
  • Comply with all company policies, including codes of conduct, fair competition codes, quality policies, environmental management systems, and pharmaceutical laws
  • Execute other special assignments as directed
