Responsibilities

  • Build the overall strategy for Capital products and execute it in the field
  • Collaborate with area managers and sales representatives to conclude Capital and maintenance sales contracts with healthcare professionals, managers, and dealers
  • Support field sales activities and take responsibility for achieving sales targets (units/sales/profit)
  • Manage databases of Capital transactions and hospital information to support prospecting and acquisition activities
  • Conduct or support product presentations to hospital medical staff
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create strategic Capital introduction programs
  • Negotiate or support negotiations with healthcare professionals, managers, and sales vendors
  • Track sales prospects for customer target lists
  • Comply with all company policies, including codes of conduct, fair competition agreements, quality policies, environmental management systems, and pharmaceutical regulations
  • Execute other special assignments as directed
