Your Mission

To meet quota or assigned targets, provide an excellent customer experience, and nurture customers into an enterprise-class base for UiPath.

Responsibilities

  • Mine existing relationships and leverage sales and product plans to grow UiPath's key relationships.
  • Understand customer businesses to identify automation opportunities.
  • Demonstrate UiPath's value proposition effectively by understanding our products and competitive offerings.
  • Develop and execute account strategies and roadmaps for long-term customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the market.
  • Interface with Technical Sales Support and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve quarterly quotas.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry.
  • Previous experience selling to enterprise customers.
  • Experience in account planning, territory planning, and multi-product selling strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good collaborative, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in Application Selling background (e.g., ERP/CRM) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team.
