Candidates should possess 10-15 years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry, with previous experience selling to enterprise customers and a strong understanding of account planning and territory planning. Experience in application selling, such as ERP/CRM, is considered an added advantage, and strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
The Enterprise Sales Executive II will be responsible for mining existing relationships and developing comprehensive sales and product plans to grow UiPath’s key customer relationships, understanding customer’s business to identify automation opportunities, and effectively demonstrating the company’s value proposition to clients. They will also develop and execute account strategy and roadmaps, maintain relationships with decision-makers, interface with technical and customer success teams, and achieve quarterly sales quotas.
