Candidates should possess an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals, demonstrating the ability to address customer needs, developing business plans, and engaging with business partners. They should also have a thorough understanding of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads, conducting presentations, and closing business, along with a deep knowledge of the assigned territory and competitive landscape.
The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for selling SailPoint’s Identity Management solutions to end users and channel partners, leveraging all routes to market, developing business value proposals, and closing business. They will also develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision makers, collaborate with Marketing on plans, follow up on leads, marshal technical resources, and ensure consistent account coverage, while upholding a positive customer service attitude and adhering to company core values.
