Requirements

  • 7+ years of Enterprise Account Management, Strategic Account Management, or Enterprise Sales experience
  • Proven record of success in high-stakes, quota-carrying roles
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain multi-year strategic relationships with Fortune 1000 or equivalent enterprise customers
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-Suite executives
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50%)
  • Experience managing or mentoring a small team of account managers (preferred)
  • Highly disciplined with time management and prioritization
  • Track record of delivering growth through renewals, expansions, and strategic upsells
  • Excited by technology, data-driven decision making, and bringing innovative solutions to customers
  • Previous experience in the fleet industry is a major advantage

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships with Fleetio’s top strategic enterprise customers
  • Engage directly with senior executives and key decision makers to align business goals
  • Drive strategic account growth through expansion opportunities, complex negotiations, and executive-level advocacy
  • Leverage Fleetio’s leadership team to co-create strategic roadmaps and unlock high-value opportunities
  • Travel frequently to customer sites to embed yourself in their operations
  • Achieve and exceed Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets
  • Guide and mentor a small team of Enterprise Account Managers
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure deep product adoption
  • Act as an industry thought leader for strategic accounts
