Significant hands-on experience with enterprise platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft, focusing on REST APIs, cloud storage, data management, security, and data ingress/egress is required. The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to technical, marketing, and C-suite audiences, diagnose challenges, and produce future-state architectures is crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in PowerPoint and Lucid Chart/Visio, and the ability to travel up to 30% within the United States are necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, an MBA, or equivalent experience is required. Skills that set candidates apart include current Adobe Certified Expert certifications, experience building ROI-focused business cases for technology transformations, hands-on experience with mobile application development (native, Flutter, React-Native), experience managing a revenue-focused book of business including sales pipeline and contract review, and familiarity with generative AI solutions.
The Enterprise Architect will serve as the primary technical driver for closing sales opportunities and supporting customer success in their marketing technology programs through value realization. For Adobe's top customers, the EA will engage with customer Technical, Marketing, and C-Suite teams to evaluate current-state technology and business objectives. They will deliver future-state marketing technical architectures, manage digital engagement roadmaps, and showcase "Art of the Possible" digital experiences.
