Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and technology leadership. Required expertise includes hands-on infrastructure review and optimization, strong knowledge of application architecture patterns and modernization practices, and experience aligning technical solutions with business objectives, including executive-level engagement. Proficiency with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and API design is essential, along with 10+ years of architecture and implementation experience in at least 5 of the following: AWS Cloud, HashiCorp, Databricks, Snowflake, VMware, Kafka, Kubernetes. The role also requires strong problem-solving, technical analysis, consensus building, collaboration, solution realization, lifecycle management, and leadership skills, with the ability to travel and work across different time zones.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Architect will develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and principles, aligning them with business goals and driving innovation. Responsibilities include reviewing infrastructure components, assessing and documenting application architectures, and leading the design and implementation of enterprise-wide systems. The role involves establishing and enforcing architectural standards, evaluating emerging technologies, and partnering with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives. Additionally, the Enterprise Architect will create and document technical processes, present recommendations to senior leadership, provide architectural oversight during pre-sales and post-sales cycles, lead legacy system transformation, and mentor cross-functional teams.
