Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Science, Laboratory Medicine and/or business studies, 5+ years of successful sales experience in complex selling environments (Pathology/Diagnostics/Healthcare preferred), ability to liaise with executives, demonstrated leadership and team management, and excellent communication, negotiation, commercial, influencing, and strategic planning skills.
The role involves leading an internal cross-functional 'selling team' including account managers, specialists, project managers, and others, as well as providing leadership to the Abbott Diagnostics team through coaching and mentoring.
Strong candidates will have 5+ years of successful sales experience in complex, multilevel, multisite environments, particularly in Pathology/Diagnostics/Healthcare, along with demonstrated leadership, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build executive relationships.
