Requirements

Candidates should have seasoned expertise in enterprise risk management, including experience with risk assessment methodologies, key risk indicators, and risk registers. Responsibilities

The Senior Risk Analyst will support the Enterprise Risk Management team by executing and advancing ERM capabilities. This includes coordinating enterprise-wide risk assessments, managing KRIs, maintaining the risk register, and delivering clear reporting to executive management and the Board. Responsibilities also involve assisting in the development and embedding of the ERM Framework, facilitating risk assessments, monitoring KRIs, creating risk dashboards, maintaining the risk register and control library, and assisting in developing risk policies and guidelines. The role requires coordinating remediation plans, conducting horizon scanning for emerging risks, preparing materials for governance forums, and collaborating with business functions to promote risk ownership and ERM practices.
