Enterprise Account Executive (Remote)

Candidates should possess 5+ years of sales experience, a strong desire to join a high-growth software startup in a fully remote role, experience selling developer and/or technical products, particularly within a product-led growth (PLG) motion, experience presenting to senior managers and executives, the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while meeting and exceeding quota, and experience utilizing tools such as Gong to collaborate internally and manage pipeline, along with experience collaborating with a Sales Engineer on sales cycles.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, the individual will be responsible for building a credible sales pipeline through a land-and-expand strategy, taking ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close, educating customers on the value of Tailscale throughout the evaluation and adoption cycle, generating short-term results while maintaining annual pipeline coverage, providing accurate weekly forecasting and revenue delivery, creating mutual action/success plans with customers, and working a book consisting of 50% existing clients and 50% new accounts, collaborating closely with the Solutions Engineering team, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, and Product teams.
