Requirements

Candidates must have a demonstrable track record of cultivating new relationships at the C-level within enterprise accounts in Israel. Strong ability to navigate client organizations across multiple departments and leadership levels is essential. A research and data-driven approach to account planning, the ability to sell based on value and business case, and proficiency in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC are required. Experience in growing an enterprise client portfolio and high aptitude for cross-functional collaboration are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Sales Executive will analyze territory potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue. They will achieve sales targets, evangelize UiPath's brand by promoting and selling solutions using a value-selling approach, and educate customers on the financial and professional benefits of the company's offerings. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining positive business relationships, developing relationships with partners and system integrators, collaborating with the CSM group for customer value and issue resolution, tracking competitors and market conditions, and supplying management with relevant reports.
