  • Understanding and application of Alan's Smart & Soft selling method, focusing on prospect experience with relevant messaging/materials (Smart) and high-touch strategies (Soft)

Responsibilities

  • Target and close largest prospects in private and public sectors (250-10,000 employees)
  • Help companies transition to a more personal, proactive, and holistic health partner
  • Educate prospects and deliver inspiring product demonstrations
  • Onboard key stakeholders (HR Directors, CFOs, C-levels, Board of Directors) during transition from prospect to customer
  • Manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
  • Apply Smart & Soft selling method to create pleasant, instructive, delightful prospect experiences
  • Contribute to company growth by challenging and improving products, methods, strategy, and participating in relevant projects/initiatives
