Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of enterprise sales experience and a proven track record in customer-facing sales roles, proposing enterprise solutions to all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for productivity enhancement and proficiency in Salesforce.com CRM and Microsoft Office are required. Experience selling to State and Local Governments and Educational Institutions, along with strong negotiation, proposal, and closing skills, is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience, is necessary. The role also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, comfort working remotely, and the ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for developing and managing a sales pipeline to drive strategic transactions, generating revenue by selling Cohesity solutions, and collaborating with channel partners. Key duties include penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, closing business, and defining/implementing sales plans to exceed quota. This involves prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities, as well as developing and presenting proposals that highlight Cohesity's value proposition. The role also entails driving account strategies and coordinating team selling efforts with partners to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
