Patch is a climate tech company focused on carbon credits and helping companies build and execute their carbon credit strategies. We combine technology and carbon markets expertise to support buyers and accelerate climate solutions. This role is a key part of the founding team of Enterprise Account Executives, responsible for driving Patch’s success in the enterprise segment, expanding the customer base, and leading the sales process.

Requirements

  • Proven years of experience leading complex sales cycles with companies with 1,000+ FTE from start to finish.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quota in high-growth environments.
  • Results-driven approach to sales, with demonstrated excellent time management.
  • Experience successfully bringing a new product or solution to market.
  • Professional executive presence with decision-makers and the ability to collaborate with all personas in a decision committee.
  • Passionate about climate and working in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Facilitate deep discovery with prospects to uncover needs, possibilities, and pain points.
  • Champion Patch’s value proposition and pitch our solution to decision-makers.
  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and new product development.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering on customer needs.
  • Travel occasionally for events, client visits, and internal purposes.
