Candidates must have proven years of experience leading complex sales cycles with companies that have 1,000+ FTE from start to finish. A track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth environments is essential, along with a results-driven approach to sales and excellent time management skills. Experience in successfully bringing a new product or solution to market and the ability to challenge the status quo are required. Candidates should possess a professional executive presence and be able to collaborate with all personas in a decision committee. A passion for the planet and a desire to work in a mission-driven environment are also necessary.
The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the full-cycle sales process from prospecting and lead generation to deal closing. They will develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and facilitate deep discovery with prospects to uncover needs and pain points. The role involves championing Patch's value proposition and pitching solutions to decision-makers at organizations focused on climate initiatives. Building lasting relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for growth and new product development to inform the company’s roadmap are key tasks. Collaboration with marketing, product, and engineering teams is also required, along with occasional travel for events and client visits.
