Candidates should have ideally 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. A deep understanding of the Western Canadian construction and infrastructure market, including owners, general contractors, and specialty trades, is required. The role also requires a strong ability to build and manage executive-level relationships, experience managing complex deal cycles and coordinating cross-functional resources, and skills in pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, partner engagement, and leveraging existing relationships. Exceptional business acumen and comfort operating in a high-growth environment are also necessary.
The Enterprise Account Executive will apply an understanding of Procore’s products, sales methodology, processes, and prospecting techniques to acquire new enterprise customers. This includes following up on inbound leads, prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and closing new product sales. Responsibilities also include developing prospecting and account plans, researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest, and obtaining business requirements. The role involves working cross-functionally with SDRs and Solutions Engineers, maintaining accurate forecasts and providing sales reports, and collaborating with Account Managers. Additionally, the executive will pursue increased knowledge of key competitors, manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce.com, achieve or exceed quarterly and annual targets, and obtain repeat business, referrals, and references through networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow-up, product demonstrations, and execution of service agreements.
