Position Overview

Procore is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales Team. This role focuses on acquiring new enterprise customers for Procore's project management tool within the construction industry. You will be responsible for the entire new account acquisition process, from initial contact to closing deals, driving revenue growth through new product sales to prospective clients.

This position can be based remotely from a US location or in our Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, or Tampa, FL offices. This is an ongoing, open requisition, and we encourage individuals interested in starting or developing a sales career at Procore to apply.


Responsibilities

  • Develop prospecting and account plans to build rapport and create opportunities with new enterprise clients.
  • Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, generate interest, and understand business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs) to effectively position Procore as the leading construction software solution.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales activities and projects to sales management.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to communicate customer goals, pain points, and relevant information for a seamless transition to post-enrollment activities.
  • Continuously research and understand key competitors to effectively communicate Procore's value proposition.
  • Manage and maintain accurate account and opportunity information within Salesforce.com.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Generate repeat business, referrals, and references by understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Engage in networking, relationship building, cold calling, email follow-up, product demonstrations, and executing service agreements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of demonstrated success in software sales, preferably B2B.
  • Experience with a consultative, solution-based sales methodology is desired.
  • Proven track record of success in either inside sales or outside sales roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly via telephone and email.
  • Ability to thrive and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
