Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with over 5 years of experience. A proven track record in negotiating with and selling to enterprise IT buyers in a quota-carrying sales role is essential. Industry experience and extensive knowledge of enterprise software sales, software subscription services, or software as a service licensing methodology are required. Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and other CRM tools is necessary. Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes, particularly for IT-related spending, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment are also key. Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate the company's value are required.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for improving customer satisfaction while ensuring the accuracy of sales projections. They will collaborate closely with channel partners to generate revenue and promote solutions. This role involves developing and leading a sales pipeline to manage strategic transactions, penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, and closing business. The individual will define and complete sales plans for their assigned territory to meet and exceed quota, build value by developing and presenting proposals, and drive account strategies while coordinating team selling efforts with partners.
