Requirements

Responsibilities

Responsibilities also include leading cross-functional teams of 30-100+ professionals, defining team structures, optimizing efficiency, and fostering a high-performance culture. The role involves owning and evolving Standard Operating Procedures, monitoring KPIs, identifying and mitigating bottlenecks, and working hands-on with Python-based tools and automation scripts to analyze data and solve operational challenges.
