Requirements

Candidates must have 6-10+ years of experience in consulting, product delivery, or technical services, with prior experience leading GenAI/ML solution delivery in client-facing environments. Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects with enterprise clients, a strong background in customer-facing roles, and excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills are essential. A track record of driving end-to-end ownership of delivery and account growth is also required. Nice-to-have qualifications include former experience at top consulting firms in deep tech or AI, enterprise delivery experience at AI-native companies, or technical leadership at early-stage AI startups, along with familiarity with Generative AI use cases, RAG systems, and LLM APIs.

Responsibilities

The Engagement Manager will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and GenAI solution delivery for enterprise clients, serving as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into executable technical roadmaps, partnering with technical leaders to scope, phase, and staff projects effectively, and monitoring project execution to manage risks and ensure delivery excellence. The role also involves identifying and driving account growth opportunities based on client needs, maintaining long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and technical executives, and providing consultative support and thought leadership to guide client AI strategy.
