Strong product sense, the ability to understand complex systems like healthcare, and a data-driven approach to defining and iterating on product success are essential. Proficiency in design sketching, writing SQL queries, and developing business cases, along with deep user empathy and excellent communication and presentation skills, are necessary. Previous experience building consumer products is required, though healthcare experience is not mandatory.

The role also entails creating and implementing measures to quantify and optimize impact, developing expertise in the healthcare system, and collaborating with other product managers to deliver cohesive experiences.
