Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver business and mission impact to clients
  • Work with sales teams to understand client problems/needs, scope new work, develop white papers, and respond to requests for proposals
  • Lead development of engagement work plans and align internal teams for efficient resource execution
  • Lead complex software platform deployments
  • Lead and manage customer engagement with senior-level relationships
  • Manage high-quality, high-impact project execution to exceed customer expectations while optimizing team resources
  • Discover valuable insights for sponsors’ business and present them concisely/compellingly to executives
  • Lead, mentor, train, and provide quality assurance for Analysts and Engagement Managers
  • Translate customer business challenges into software use cases
