Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Offering and promoting insurance products for small and medium-sized enterprises (MŚP) clients
  • Professional sales and after-sales service for MŚP clients in the area of insurance, including handling renewals
  • Independent and comprehensive diagnosis of the insurance potential of MŚP clients in the region – taking actions and tailoring the bank's offer to client needs
  • Collaboration with MŚP advisors in developing the insurance portfolio in the region
  • Educating and developing competencies of MŚP advisors in the area of insurance portfolio development
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and increasing their satisfaction
  • Servicing clients in accordance with legal requirements and security requirements
